Customer Service Representative - Seeking Customer Service Representatives to interact with the customers of a Fortune 500 major banking institution in order to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services as well as issue resolution. A typical Customer Service Representative will be a quick learner and will be able to learn if not already familiar with how to service customer queries regarding Customer Management Systems, Online Banking, Lock box, ACH, Wire Transfer and remote banking. Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound, outbound or a combination of both via phone, email and chat. Qualified candidates must have:
2 years of financial experience in banking, loans, cash movement or mortgage
2 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED
High volume call center operations is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft office & excel
Good technical and computer skills
